Mr. Pravir Malik is an Organizational Development and Change Management Leader with over 20 years of experience delivering significant, high-impact results in a large variety of organizations and corporate contexts.

Mr. Malik draws insight into potential futures through a study of global trends and patterns, systems theory, and human potential. He founded Aurosoorya to promote Fractal Systems Architecture as a means to bring about deep organizational and systems change and he has been elaborating the field of Fractal Systems Architecture through a series of books over the last few years. Connecting Inner Power with Global Change: The Fractal Ladder was published in 2009. Redesigning the Stock Market: A Fractal Approach was published in 2011. A third book, The Field Guide to Connecting Inner Power with Global Change is to be published later in 2013. He is currently working on a fourth book, The Flower Chronicles: A Radical Approach to Organization and System Development. Further, Mr. Malik has been experimenting with the application of fractal systems architecture in various environments. Some of his work at Stanford University has been covered by Forbes.

Mr. Malik has served as the Managing Director, Advisory Services for Businesses for Social Responsibility (BSR), specializing in assisting corporations adopt more environmentally and socially responsible business practices. Holding advisory services responsibility for over 100 member companies, he was instrumental in driving the product and delivery strategies toward more significant and systemic change projects. He has deep experience in facilitating end-to-end organizational transformation through the design, development, and implementation phases and is skilled in bringing about alignment of strategy, structure, talent, process, operations, and culture. Formerly an Intent Architect with Conner Partners, he assisted executives in the Pharmaceutical, IT, and Health Care industries gain clarity and alignment around key directions and subsequent implementation. Mr. Malik has an M.B.A. from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management of the Northwestern University, Chicago, M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Florida, Gainesville, and a B.S.E in Computer Engineering from the Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland.
